Pork gyros, tzatziki

PANTRY STAPLES: Cooking oil, salt
ALLERGENS: Gluten, dairy, wheat, onion, garlic, yeast
Tzatziki: Ingredients:Yoghurt, cucumbers, mint, garlic. Allergens: Dairy
1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the vegetables. Chop the lettuce into chunks. Thinly slice the onion. Pick the oregano leaves. Halve and slice the cucumber thinly. Cut the lemon into wedges. Remove the pork from the bag and slice it as thinly as possible.
2. Cook the pork: Heat a splash of oil in the frying pan (or use a little of the remaining oil from the chips) over medium high heat. Cook the pork slices, in batches, for 2 minutes each side until browned and cooked through.
3. Toast the pita: Cook the pita directly over a gas flame (or in a frying pan or in the oven) for 10 seconds each side or until warmed through.
4. To serve up: Place the pita onto each plate. Top with the tzatziki, cucumber, onion, oregano and the pork. Serve with the lemon wedges.
