INGREDIENTS‭:‬

Tomato

Red onion

Jalapeno

Coriander

Sliced beef

Roasted red salsa

Flour tortillas

DIETARY INFORMATION‭:‬

Roasted red salsa: Ingredients: Tomato, onion, chilli, garlic, sugar, salt, citric acid. Contains: Onion and garlic

  

METHOD:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the vegetables. Chop the coriander. Finely dice the onion. Finely dice the tomato. Finely dice the jalapeno.

2. Make the tomato salad: Combine the tomato, onion, coriander and jalapeno in a bowl.

3. Heat the tortillas: Heat a large frying pan. Add the tortillas to warm through.

4. Cook the beef: Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the beef, cook one minute, then add the roasted red tomato salsa. Continue to cook until the beef is cooked to your liking.

5. To serve: Divide the tortillas between serving plates. Spoon the beef into the tortillas. Top with the tomato salad and any remaining roasted red tomato salsa.
